KINDASA phase-A plant is responsible to deliver sweet water to Jeddah industrial area in addition to secure Jeddah Sea port needs of sweet water.
it was designed previously based on old Siemens PLC series system. All site equipment were operated individually from separate PLC units. That was missing proper monitoring, reporting and control.
CESCO had honoured to upgrade that critical site to be operated from ONE central CPU. All plant units are now driven from RTU units through Profibus network. The central control room is total changed and supported with new SCARA system made by Siemens from the latest state art of technology. The supplied new system has completely new features with all related and required proper reporting system and operating techniques.

The plant is a new extension facility for the reverse osmosis plant for Jeddah Sea port. Our scope is to deliver complete electrical panels packed with all related automation, control and monitoring solution for the plant filtration system including Sixteen sand filter. The scope was extended also to monitor and control the plant submersible pumps, row water and sweet water tanks. The SCADA system is designed to provide all required interfacing with GE R.O units and generate all required operating, monitoring and reporting facilities. The job was done on Turn Key bases.
Sea Water Treatment Plant electrical and control system including MCCs, control panels and integration with GE SCADA solution.
The site is sea water treatment plant for Saudi City located on Jeddah. The main challenge in this project is to produce cost-effective control panels that are located on sea side under direct sun and totally protected from hard whether effects. Really, it was a successful story to deliver this kind of PLC panels that are operated for more than Ten years without one single troubleshooting requirement depending on our own know-how
These panels are responsible of controlling submersible pumps, filling tanks, filtration system and site feeding pumps.

The site is complete R.O plant for Al-Buhairat City located in north of Jeddah city. The main challenge was operating and monitoring affectively remote panels that are far from the control room with more than five kilo meter and located on sea side under direct sun. the remote panels should include large size motor inverters with high temperature consumption. We’re so proud to deliver this kind of solutions on turn key bases including complete electrical panels, automation solution, smart communication system with fiber optic network and SCADA system. With proof, it is still in service after more than 10 years.

This is the strategic project for Jubail city power generation plant. The main contractor is SIDEM from France. Our scope was limited to supply complete MCC panels, compartment form-4b type for the industrial waste treatment plant packed with all related PLC solution and interfacing with the central DCS system.
It was huge project with very high specification requirements and too hard handover techniques. CESCO is so proud to be a part of this successful story in KSA.

The project was done based on OMRON redundant PLC systems with local HMI monitoring and integration with Schneider central SCADA due to the criticality of the site operation. The supplied system is driving TWO chlorination dosing system for strategic water storage tanks for each site

The solution was designed based on Prominent standalone solution with closed loop classical dosing system due to the required high durability and simplicity. This was done for SIX sites. One stainless-steel panel with TWO doors. The external door is transparent. However, 12 door mounted different controllers for water quality analysis were installed in the inner door. The project was installed and hand overed perfectly as per SABIC standards

The project was designed completely based on OMRON standard solution including redundant PLC, industrial HMI, LV components, indicators, switching and sensing elements. All are made by OMRON with very high specifications. The project was done for SEVEN cooling towers.

This is the strategic project for Al-ULA city sewage treatment plant. Our scope was limited to supply complete five MCC panels, form-3 type for the industrial waste treatment plant packed with all related PLC solution and interfacing with the central SCADA system.
The project was executed based on OMRON automation solution. All inverters up to 160 kw are made by Yaskawa. and Yaskawa VFD units. The project was designed with local/manual/remote monitoring and control solution. CESCO is so proud to be a part of this project in KSA.

During the execution of BADR city STP project, we followed the same design criteria that was accepted for AL-ULA. Same specification and systems design was followed as the TWO Projects are in the same size, design and natural. The consultant and end-user were also same. So, these TWO Projects are executed perfectly and uniformly.

The job was limited to providing design bases criteria for the electrical-control system including LV and MV design review based on CESCO long experience in the water sector in co-operation with SOGREAH as a part of ARTELIA GROUP.
